For
either presentation, host organization must provide:
- a quality
video projector with sound and screen
- lapel microphone
- sound system
and a person on-site qualified to operate it. (Audio system must be
capable of providing two separate channels - one for the video projector,
one for the microphone)
- 2 tables for
display items
