It is recommended
that these presentations be blended and offered concurrently, i.e. a
seminar followed by dinner and then speaking.
Allow
30-60 minutes for the deer seminar, and 60 minutes for the keynote.
The keynote is
supported by a 16-minute video of some of Wade's best worldwide adventure
footage.
Some of the topics
covered in the whitetail seminar may include:
Mapping your way to a Trophy Buck, Making and Hunting over Mock Scrapes,
Creating Hot Bow Spots, Pro-Active Whitetailing, Rattling Science, Calling
Whitetails, The Real Facts about Scent Control, Set-up Science, Making
the Shot, The Edge Effect, Recovery Secrets, Hunting Agriculture, Treestand
Safety and The North-East Factor.

For groups offering
both a seminar and a speaking segment, a split formula that works well
is:
- Whitetail
seminar
- Meal
- Speaking presentation
(This enables
Wade to have a break during the meal and the second presentation to
be set).
If the day chosen
is a Saturday the timing works out well with:
- Seminar 5:00
- 6:00
- Dinner 6:00
- 7:00
- Presentation
7:00 -8:15
For weekday
dinners the schedule can be adjusted with a 45-minute seminar, which
begins at 6 followed by dinner at 6:45 and the presentation at 7:30.
The format is dividable and flexible to fit your needs.
