When Jesus said, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation" he wasn't just thinking about some village in Africa. He was thinking about our hometowns. Nolan's outreach is designed to go into that part of His world.

Wade brings to the podium a unique blend of experience that is seldom paralleled by outdoor speakers. His education as a biologist and teacher was followed by a 17 year "internship" in the Alaskan wilderness. Here he worked hands--on interfacing raw wilderness with armchair explorers via his writing, photography, lectures, and video production.

Some highlights:

  • He has spent 5 years north of the Arctic Circle and has kayaked over a thousand miles of Arctic rivers.
  • His camera has taken him into 17 Eskimo and Indian villages and down 300 miles of the Yukon River while working with an Athapaskan Indian missionary.
  • Wade has spent over 100 eventful days filming the big bears on Kodiak Islands.
  • Has photographed Alaska Brown Bears and Grizzlies across nearly two decades of documentary work in Alaska's Bush.
  • His work has taken him to remote locations around the globe filming wildlife from lions and leopards to Killer Whales to 5000 pound rhinos.
Throughout his career Wade has teamed up with wildlife researchers both nationally and internationally to capture wildlife on film from the Northwest Territory's Baffin Island to the African Lovelt.
  • Has won five national and international awards for his production work.
  • He has spoken to audiences in over 100 cities.
Wade worked in support of Alaskan Native Ministries for over 15 years.
He has produced over 100 hunting videos and distributed over 2 million.
  • His talented scriptwriting, editing and field camera expertise has been woven into over 100 outdoor video and television productions that have been seen around the world.
